Oliver Roofing Systems is a locally owned and operated roofing and waterproofing contractor in Arizona. We provide high-quality full building envelope waterproofing solutions primarily to Education and Government sectors across the state of Arizona.
Qualifications:
• Must have 5 years of estimating experience in the roofing industry
• Must have 5 years of project management experience in roofing industry
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, interpret and quantify construction drawings and specifications
• Computer competent, including MS office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong skills in math, writing, communications & negotiations
• Valid Driver’s License
• Knowledge in built-up, single ply, shingle and liquid applied roofing systems
• Experience in K-12 roofing projects is a plus but not required
• Ability to travel within the state of Arizona up to 25% of the time
Responsibilities
• Deliver a high level of customer service in line with our core values
• Generate leads on a variety of current and future construction projects
• Proactively meet with current and new/potential customers and attend pre-bid meetings
• Prepare and submit bids, processing submittals, contracts and change orders
• Performing take-offs and interpreting plans
• Prepare bids and submit proposals for projects
• Secure project bids and review contracts
• Manage jobs awarded, job cost tracking, scheduling and procurement of materials
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols of the company and local agencies (OSHA, HIOSH)
• Communication with clients, GCs, or owners as necessary to complete projects
